Return policies


Return policy is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly. Under this policy there is the option of exchange , replacement or refund as offered by the respective sellers to the customers. Each product has a separate return policy / exchange policy which can be viewed in the return/ exchange policies of the product. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same return policy. For all products , the returns / replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy . Do refer to the respective item's applicable return / replacement  policy on the product page for any exceptions and the table below .
Return or replacement due to change of mind or receipt of the wrong product / damaged products will be accepted if the request is made within the due time as mentioned in the product description and are returned to us in original packaging, unused, and in a resaleable condition. 
Once returns are received and accepted , refunds will be processed. We will notify you once this has been completed through email and phone number.
We will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund  the value of any shipping paid.
Return will be available for the goods on which returnable tag is available at the time of the order.

Warranty Returns :- 


My Advika will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within seven days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping; however, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect My Advika to process your warranty claim within seven days.

Returns Pick-Up and Processing:-


In case of returns, where you would like the item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address.

During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions :

1.Category- Condition

2.Correct Product - IMEI/name/image/brand/serial number/article number/barcode should match and MRP tag should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clear.

3.Complete Product - All in-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies, and combos (if any) should be present.

4.Unused product- The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains, and non-tampered. Quality check seals/returns tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/Laptop/Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern, or Fingerprint) must be disabled. The iCloud lock must be disabled for        Apple devices.

5.Undamaged Product- The products (including SIM trays/charging port/headphone port, back-panel, etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears, or holes.

6.Undamaged Packaging-Product's original packaging/box should be undamaged.

*In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.

*During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or damaged product, you will be given a refund (on the spot refund for   cash-on-delivery orders). Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. In such        cases, these category-specific replacement/return's general conditions will be applicable.

*For products where installation is provided by service partners, do not open the product packaging by yourself. My Advika authorized personnel shall  help in unboxing and installation of the product.

*
For furniture, any product-related issues will be checked by authorized service personnel (free of cost) and attempted to be resolved by replacing the faulty/defective part of the product. Full replacement will be provided only in cases where the service personnel opine that replacing the faulty/defective part will not resolve the issue.


Review policy :-


*The following guidelines apply to Customer Reviews in addition to the other guidelines set forth above.
*If your review is removed or rejected because it does not comply with our guidelines concerning promotional content, you may not resubmit a review on the same product, even if the resubmitted review includes different content.
*Reviews may only include URLs or links to other products sold on My Advika.com.
*Customers in the same household may not post multiple reviews of the same product.
*When we find unusually high number of reviews for a product posted in a short period, we may restrict the number of non-My Advika.com Verified Purchase reviews on    that product.

Order Cancellations :-


*Buyers can cancel a complete order before it gets dispatched for a full Refund + Shipping Fee refund. For non-prepaid orders, no refund is applicable.
*If the order consists of multiple shipments, buyers can cancel one or more shipments for a partial refund + attributed shipping fee refund. Canceling all shipments in the order is the same as complete order cancellation as in the above point . For non-prepaid orders, no refund is applicable.
*If the seller cancels complete or partial order, the buyer will get a full/partial refund+ full/attributed shipping fee refund accordingly. For non-prepaid orders, no refund is applicable.
*In case the buyer is unable/refuses to take full/partial delivery of the shipment after 3 delivery attempts, the order will be fully/partially canceled. The buyer will get a full/partial refund + a full/attributed shipping fee refund. For non-prepaid orders, no refund is applicable.

Refund:-


*In case the shipment is lost in transit, a full refund + full shipping fee refund will be processed to the buyer. No refund will be applicable in case of cash on delivery orders.

4.HAZARDOUS AND DANGEROUS MATERIALS:- The posting, offering for purchase, or promoting for sale of dangerous or hazardous materials (such as the categories of dangerous goods as defined under the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code) is banned on the Site.

5.FACES NAME AND SIGNATURE:- Items possessing the name, signature, image, or likeness of the other person are disallowed, except in cases where the products were manufactured or approved by the particular person whose name, signature, image, or likeness have been used.

6.RESTRICTION ON USE:- MyAdvika does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under the age of 18 years, you may use  MyAdvika Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

7.ILLEGAL SERVICES:- listings claiming to provide government services and related products. The listing or sale of any form of invoices or receipts (including blank, pre-filled, or value-added invoices or receipts). MyAdvika prohibits listings for the sole purpose of collecting user information or raising money.

8.PRESCRIPTION DRUGS AND DEVICES:- www.MyAdvika.com does not permit the posting of prescription drugs. If you are uncertain as to whether your items are permitted, please contact My Advika Pvt. Ltd. before posting. My Advika pvt.ltd does not permit the posting of psychotropic drugs and narcotics. Member may post over-the-counter drugs if you have obtained the necessary approval, license, or permit to manufacture or sell drugs. My Advika Pvt. Ltd. also does not permit the posting of unauthorized medical devices.

9.UNAUTHORIZED AND PROHIBITED ITEMS:- Products prohibited by authorization, laws, regulations, and trade restrictions in any relevant jurisdiction or country are strictly forbidden on the Website/apps.

10.NOTICE:-  The list should not be considered exhaustive and shall be updated continuously. If you are unsure about the product you wish to list with the Website regarding its appropriateness or legality, please contact our customer service department.

11.USED CLOTH AND COSMETICS:- Used undergarments may not be sold or listed on the site. However, several other used clothing may be listed, so long as the clothing has been thoroughly cleaned. Posting that contains extraneous or inappropriate descriptions will be removed. The sale or listing of used cosmetics is prohibited on the Site.
