1).The products booked by the buyer will be shipped by the Seller either through his logistics or through a 3rd party logistics provider.

6).Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms.
7).Our Company Name is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
8).Delivery of all the orders will be to the registered address of the buyers, as per the credit/debit card only ,at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). Our Company Name is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

This is another policy that must be clearly stated on the website. This Includes some of the points regarding customer queries on delivering the products.


1).We will arrange for the shipment of your placed order.
2).Delivery charge varies with each Seller. Sellers incur relatively higher shipping costs on low-value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps them offset logistics costs. Please check your order summary to understand the delivery charges for individual products.
3).Sellers generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the products page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. But there is a delay in some cases. In such cases, delivery time depends on the following factors:
* The Seller offering the products
* Product's availability with the Seller
* the destination to which you want the order shipped and the location of the Seller.
4).There are NO hidden charges when you purchase from MyAdvika. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the products page is exactly what you would pay. Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the seller's shipping policy.
5).Please enter your pin code on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know whether the product can be delivered to your location. If you haven't provided your pin-code until the checkout stage, the pin-code in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.
6).Availability of COD(cash-on-delivery) depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash or payment at the time of delivery. Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin-code on the products page to check if COD is available at your location.
7).If you return an order delivered to you, the order Convenience Fee will not be refunded. However, if your self-ship your returns, we will reimburse self-shipment charges based on MyAdvika's Returns Policies. For accounts whose return behavior violates our fair usage policy, the Convenience fee will be non -refundable irrespective of order value.
8).It usually takes between 3 to 5 days to deliver the order after it has been dispatched. This varies depending upon your and the merchant's location.
9).Once the order has been dispatched, we will notify you of the estimated delivery date on your registered contact details via Email / SMS along with the tracking number and courier/delivery partner details.
10).The shipping cost, if applicable, is mentioned on the product page. The amount that you pay while placing the order at My would include the product and courier charges.
11).For COD orders, the amount to be paid is mentioned on the package. It is the same price that is displayed while placing the order. You are not required to pay any extra amount at the time of receiving the COD order.
